THE MORAL CORE
Self confidence is about knowing who you are in such a deep manner that your sense of self, your Moral Core, is unshakable regardless of the circumstances.

Through my personal development program we combine a series of exercises and group discussion to identify the attributes that make us who we are and from there we build the Moral Core - The principles that define us most and guide us through the challenges we all face in life.
This is a module-based learning system that can be customized for any audience and amount of time (minimum of 1 hour recommended). In setting up the event I will work with the client to determine what works best for their needs beyond the standard Moral Core Identification portion of the program (always included).

Below are just a few of the ever-growing list of available modules.
Mindfulness: The ability to stay inside yourself without needing to become a Meditation Expert.
Speaking with Confidence: At some point in life, whether in school or at our job, we will be required to speak in front of a group. How to do so with minimal stress and maximum confidence.
Individuality and self-expression: How to be You without being afraid and how to handle situations that may arise from being different.
Perspective and Outlook: The way you look at life and all that it entails will be instrumental in how you live and the relationships you have with people.
Processing Emotions: The ability to process both positive and negative emotions is critical in helping you maintain your sense of self. We get deep with a lot of talk about processing what life sends our way.
